Product Description

Hearty nose, while preserving some pleasant charms
and aromas in a very mature and warm world. Warm
and earthy smell on a background of chestnuts being
grilled and of herbs and racy spices.
Quite regular mouth; no strong attack but the astringence adapts well to this vinosity … delaying each of
them (tannins / alcohol) and which should still melt away
more pleasantly within the few coming years in order
to meet any farm and even conventional cooking, red
meat in a first time, then fricassees and braised meat…

Harvest : Manual and mechanical
Wine making : 20-30 days of maceration
Maturing : 12 to18 months in tank
