Château Beauséjour 1970 Puisseguin Saint Emilion
To mark the revival of “Château Beauséjour” and the common efforts of Stéphane Derenoncourt and Pierre Bernault, the top-of-the-range vintage (formerly called « Clos de l’Eglise » vieilles vignes) has become simply “Château Beauséjour”.
Made into wine with the help of Stéphane Derenoncourt with grapes from the best plots (or parts of the best plots), Château Beauséjour expresses the excellence of the terroir and of the know-how of the new owners.
Merlot 75%, Cabernet Franc 25%. Vines aged on average 45 years.
